I love country life and watching our children pursue their individual interests as they grow into amazing young adults. I’ve always enjoyed numbers and spreadsheets, being with people, design, organizing, and serving behind the scenes—skills I bring here to help things run smoothly so we can serve you well. If I’m not in the office, I’m likely driving a school bus or substitute teaching, running errands, on the sidelines cheering someone on, meeting friends for coffee, or keeping things at home moving.

Lavon Kuhns has lived his entire life in the Nappanee area. From a young age, he developed an interest in auctions while attending them with his father and brothers. While others focused on the items being sold, Lavon paid close attention to the auctioneer, which eventually led him to pursue auctioneering himself— making him the first auctioneer in his family. He married his wife, LeAnn, in May 2025 and enjoys attending auctions, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Lavon believes in treating people with fairness and honesty and listening carefully to their needs. He aims to conduct business the way he would want to be treated and looks forward to serving the community.
