Terms - $2000 down (nonrefundable) the night of the auction with the balance due at closing in 45 days. Possession given at closing. Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Property will transfer with warranty deed and title insurance will be paid by the seller. Standard closing fees will be split between the buyer and the seller. If the property is split and a new survey is needed, the survey costs will be split 50/50 between the buyer and the seller. Property will sell if the reserve price of $10,000 is met.
